PRIVATE EVENT BUYOUTS

Hosting your private event at The Porch is always a good time! We feature:

​

• Room for 268 of your closest friends (all guests must be 18+)

• A fully staffed bar - liquor and beer offerings

• Food available thru our kitchen at The Taproom

• Event security team

• ADA bathrooms

• Stage with lights and back-lined P/A. Sound engineer available upon request

• Three pool tables

• Two dart boards

• Vintage film photo booth

• Optional packages for catering, stationary appetizers, and third-party food

• Coordination of entertainment, live music, DJs, engineers, etc. available for additional fees

Your rental rate is a minimum bar ring (determined based on the size and scope of your event):

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date and time

• We require signed contract outlining event details with credit card authorization

• Your credit card kept on file will be charged the balance of the minimum bar ring amount if your event does not meet it (i.e. if you guests only order $500 worth of food & drink but your agreed upon bar ring minimum is $700, $200 will be charged to your card)

• Sales & Liquor tax are not included in your bar ring minimum

• Bar ring minimums do not include entertainment costs (if applicable)

• A 25% auto gratuity will be charged to your card on file for the total event ring

• A cancellation fee of 30% of your minimum ring will be charged to your card on file if you cancel within 48 hours or less, or your event is a no-show​​

• If your event is being organized by a TXST student organization, proof of individual insurance may be requested.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to best serve our guests and community, we rarely offer private event buyouts of The Taproom. If you would like to rent the restaurant side of our business, please send us an email with more details.
